      About me

Born in Texas and raised in Illinois, I grew up a soccer player and gymnast. After a 7-inch growth spurt, I started playing volleyball at the age of 13 and received a full-ride scholarship to play volleyball at Ohio University. Upon completion of my fourth year as a player, I moved to Pamplona, Spain to study abroad. I graduated in march of 2006 and moved to Chicago.  I played in volleyball leagues year-round, both indoor and on the beach. In 2009, my team indoor team went to Adult nationals and ended up in the top 10. I love being on the court as a player and a coach. I moved to Denver, Colorado August, 2009 and I am really looking forward to coaching with the Colorado Juniors.

I grew up in Colorado Springs and went to high school at Cheyenne Mountain.  Sports have always been a huge part of my life and I played volleyball, soccer, basketball and did track in high school.  I currently reside in Denver and am in grad school at DU to obtain my MBA after completing my undergrad degree and playing volleyball there.  I love taking advantage of everything Colorado has to offer and love to go hiking, fly fishing, camping, and snowboarding.
